INIT is a small, intentional gathering built around music, art, and real connection. The Vendor Village is a curated part of that — not a marketplace, but a space people wander through and spend time in. We keep it limited so vendors actually do well and the space feels right.

You're not just setting up a booth — you're part of what people remember about the weekend.

The vendors who do well here make things with care, have a strong aesthetic, and enjoy being part of a community — not just selling into one. INIT attracts a creative, thoughtful crowd.

It's probably not the right fit if your products are mass-produced, your setup leans commercial, or your approach is high-pressure.


📝 Application & Selection

Spots aren't first-come, first-served. We review every application for fit — how your work complements the overall mix and the other vendors. Total numbers are kept limited on purpose.

Not everyone who applies will be accepted. Returning vendors aren't guaranteed a spot.


💰 Fees & Passes

Flat-rate booth fees — no commission, no percentage of sales.

Each vendor receives 1 full festival pass + the option to purchase 1–2 additional at a discounted rate. Everyone on your team needs a pass.
